An Overview of the UPCI Loan Fund: Investments, Loans, and More	The UPC Loan Fund offers a variety of products and services available to the constituents and ministries of the UPCI. We also offer financing opportunities to our churches, districts, and ministries as well as Stewardship Campaigns and Construction Management Services.

Beating Teacher Burnout	This seminar will focus on teachers who have come to a point in their teaching ministry where they feel they have nothing more to give and feel like giving up. This seminar will help the individual to refocus their teaching desire to again bless the Kingdom’s work.
Big Days and Events That Will Double Your Church	President Trump has a complete detailed peace proposal he has been working on for two and one-half years. He recently said if a deal was not signed during his presidency, he didn’t think a deal would ever be signed. Could this agreement be signed within the next year or two? If so, are you prepared for the Final Seven Years?
Building an Apostolic Church	This seminar will offer insight into building a culture of wise master builders.

Marketing for Church Plants and Small Churches	This session explores the basics of marketing and branding for new church plants and small churches focusing on utilizing limited resources to make a big impact on your community and surrounding areas.
Master Class Piano	This class will address ways to take your keyboard playing to a new level. We all get stagnant and find ourselves not moving forward. Brandon Cowden will show new ways of voicing chords, understanding advanced progressions and a fresh approach to playing. You will not only leave inspired, but with new ideas to implement in your playing.

OCA Chaplaincy	This session provides an in-depth look at Occupational Chaplains Association .Its mission is to provide training, certification, endorsement, and continuing education to enable compassionate men and women to minister as spiritual caregivers to individuals outside the walls of their church.
Parenting PKs	Parenting can be one of the most challenging tasks in life. Couple that with the stressful position of serving as clergy, and you could have a recipe for family breakdown. This session is designed to encourage and equip parents of PKs (preachers’ kids) on how to lead your family while also leading a church or ministry.
Parenting Young Children	Every parent understands that raising children involves significant challenges. Mitchell Bland offers practical advice that will inform, equip, and inspire Apostolic parents of young children. While every child is unique, key principles can provide us with a better footing and greater confidence as we raise our children in the fear and admonition of the Lord.
Pastoral Burnout and the Need for Sabbaticals	The daily pressures of ministry can sometimes be overwhelming, leaving pastors feeling worn out and dejected. With all that pastors go through, they are more susceptible to depression, suicide, and familial strain. This seminar offers tips on how pastors can stay emotionally and mentally strong while leading in ministry and the importance of taking time away to rest and recharge.

Praying for Others to Receive the Holy Ghost	Apostolic training concerning praying others through to the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Brother Robinette will incorporate testimonies of how God has miraculously worked around the globe in various settings.
Preachers under Forty	Each generation of ministry leaders seems to face its own cultural and spiritual battles.  Preachers under the age of forty face unique challenges specific to their demographic of ministry. This session is designed to help address those tests and how to overcome them.
Prophetic Prayer	Discover how to hear the voice of God and prophetically speak His will into existence. Learn how the gifts of the Spirit often operate during intercessory prayer. Experience how to speak the word of faith and see the miraculous manifest!
Reaching Cultures outside the Majority Population	Many churches are effective at reaching people from the largest cultural populations in their communities, but lack effectiveness in reaching cultures in minority communities. This seminar discusses how to evangelize cultures with a smaller population and assimilate them into your local church.

Starting a Deaf Ministry in Your Local Church	More than thirty-eight million deaf  or hard of hearing people in North America depend on sign language for basic communication. Many local churches want to reach the deaf but are intimidated by the process. This seminar will equip you with the steps to begin evangelizing the deaf community and understanding the needs of deaf culture.
Starting a Singles Ministry in Your Local Church or District	This seminar will take a look at the foundation and approach to having a successful, growing Single Adult Ministry in the local church. The speaker will present suggestions and ideas on how to connect single adults to the body of Christ and how to create an environment of revival and growth among this rapidly growing segment of our society.
The Amazing Power of Words	In Genesis 1 God demonstrated first-hand the power of His words.  “God said…” was followed by “And there was.”  In the New Testament we find Jesus demonstrating the same power.  Then Peter, Paul, and others experienced this authority, and now we can too.  In this session, Thetus Tenney will share a unique biblical perspective of the power of God’s spoken word and the power of our words spoken in faith.
The Evangelist Ministry	This session introduces the Evangelist Ministry and is geared for both evangelists and pastors. The Evangelist Ministry is dedicated to preaching the gospel and effectively ministering by partnering with pastors worldwide to gather vision, faith, and harvest, resulting in saving the lost and edifying the church.
The Role and Responsibility of K-12 Christian Education	K-12 Christian education, under the auspices of Ephesians 4:11–16, satisfies multiple roles and responsibilities by providing a program of teaching to our progeny with respect to Ephesians 5:1— information, application, and a focus on the individual’s growth and development.
UPCI Music Ministry	This session will present the UPCI Music Ministry and how it serves your church and music staff. This session will be both informative and practical, and you will leave inspired and ready to implement this resource in your church.
What Could Be More Dangerous Than Racism	Racism is a sin that should be purged from our hearts; it endangers harmony in varying cultures and nationalities. However, ignorance of sensitive areas among cultures is a far more unchecked problem. This seminar will define racism and areas of harmful ignorance that we can address to overcome racial divides and become more united through understanding.
Where Is God When It Hurts: Learning from Loss	We all experience disappointments, hurts, and loss in our lives. How we handle them determines whether we grow closer to the Lord and His people or move away. The world has defined typical “stages of grief” that end with acceptance. But God has defined a different process for creatively handling loss that brings growth, healing, and restoration. This seminar will outline the process that brings His Presence and healing into our lives.
Women and Writing	This seminar will present the focus of providing written content to biblically encourage, equip, and empower women for Apostolic life and service—both in print and with online resources. Opportunities for writing will be presented, not only for Reflections magazine but various newsletters published by Ladies Ministries UPCI.
Worship Leading as Pastoral Care	How do you effectively minister to the seasoned saint, the newer believer, and the first-time visitor in the same worship set? How can you accomplish this mission to transition seamlessly into the preached Word? This seminar was designed to assist pastors, worship leaders, and music directors specifically. We will discuss how clear communication and establishing the “win” can help define what the worship leader and service should and should not be.
Young Adults in the church	An involved young adult is one of the greatest assets the church has today. This session is designed for both the pastor and young adult and addresses engagement in the local church within the post-high school demographic. When trained, mentored, and empowered, young adults can be a catalyst for revival and fresh energy within the local church.
